Return & Refund Policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order with Smart Snacking Market.

 

Our Customer Service Team will be happy to match a solution to your needs. Refunds or exchanges will be provided in line with your rights as a consumer and the additional policies and warranties summarized below.

 

We will normally, only refund in the event the goods:
•    Are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a defect)
•    Are unfit for a purpose that you disclosed to us; or
•    Damages, Missing & Incorrect Items
•    Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind. Have been consumed, drank or used.

 

Note 1: Please open and inspect your item on the same day received.

 

Note 2: Please WRITE or put on a REMARK in the delivery consignment note IF you noticed signs of damage when receiving the packaging item BEFORE signing and accepting “goods received in good condition”. This delivery consignment note copy will need to be either emailed or whatsApp to us within 24 hours time.

 

Note 3: For DAMAGED items, please email/whatsApp us description of damages with photos and the condition of the inner and outer packaging. 

 

Note 4: For MISSING items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. Please be advised that all packages are weighed and recorded before sent out.

 

Note 5: The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

 

Note 6: Delivery/Shipping charges for any returned items will be borne by customers. If something needs to be returned, please contact us within 24 Hours after receiving. Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. We will not be liable and responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item.

 

Note 7: Refunds will be issued with the same method of payment as the original payment. Credit to be issued based on the original amount that was paid for the item EXCLUDE shipping fees and SST 6% if applicable.

 

Note 8: SMART SNACKING MARKET will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 WORKING DAYS from the date we receive your returned package, provided it satisfy our Return & Refund Policy.
